Community Code of Conduct

The community around the German-Baltic Future Foundation is full of smart and engaged people with diverse backgrounds, which makes it so special.

As a member of the community, you agree to follow this code of conduct:

Be kind and open-minded.

The foundation is dedicated to creating spaces for connection and growth, where everybody has a voice, regardless, of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, or age. We do not tolerate hateful, abusive, unlawful, or offensive content or actions in any form. In case you spot cases which do not align with this, make sure to report it to the core team of the foundation.

Treat others with empathy and respect.

Everybody deserves to feel welcome.

Search for understanding.

We can’t agree all the time – especially in turbulent times like these, opinions and approaches might differ – and that’s fine. We expect all community members to address disagreements and conflicts constructively.

Share your knowledge and ask questions.
As a community, we foster communication and growth. Everybody can make an impact. We invite everyone to learn, share, and teach.

If you notice behaviour that you find questionable feel free to provide guidance in a constructive way. To report inappropriate behaviour or content please contact info.dbjw@deutsch-balten.de.
